Free shipping

Shipping is free.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from your order.

When your order is handed to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery times

The times given are estimates. Busy periods, holidays or events beyond our control can occasionally cause delays.

VAT and duties

Import duties and taxes are paid in advance. There are no extra costs on delivery. If you are still asked to pay a customs or import charge, contact us and we will refund it.

Delivery address

Before completing your order, check that your name, address, house number, postcode and contact details are correct.

If you notice a mistake after your purchase, write immediately to assistenza@luneamilano.it. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to correct the address.
