Right of withdrawal

For purchases made online you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, write within this period to assistenza@luneamilano.it and state your decision clearly.

You can use any clear statement or the model withdrawal form provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

How to return an item

After telling us about your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the product back.

We will email you the instructions and the address to return it to.

The direct costs of returning the product are paid by the customer.

Please do not send the product before you have received the return instructions.

Condition of the product

You can examine the product as you would in a shop.

If the product is handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any loss in value.

Please try shoes on a clean surface only.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal.

The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order, unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first.

Standard shipping is free.

Defective or non-conforming products

The right of withdrawal is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity.

Products sold to consumers remain covered by the legal guarantee provided by the Italian Consumer Code. If a product is defective or does not conform, write to assistenza@luneamilano.it with your order number and a description of the problem.
