These terms govern purchases made through LUNEA MILANO.

Products

The main features, materials, dimensions and other available information are given on each product page.

Leather is a natural material and may show slight variations in grain, tone and appearance.

The images aim to show the colours as faithfully as possible. However, the display may vary depending on the screen used.

Prices

Prices on the site are in euros and are the final prices that apply to the order. The seller uses the small business scheme under § 19 of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz, UStG). VAT is therefore neither charged separately nor shown separately on the invoice. Shipping is free.

Import duties and taxes are paid in advance. There are no extra costs on delivery. If you are still asked to pay a customs or import charge, contact us and we will refund it.

The applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

Order and conclusion of the contract

Before sending the order you can check and correct the details you have entered.

By pressing the final purchase button you place an order with an obligation to pay.

After we receive the order, a confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.

If a product is exceptionally unavailable after the order, we will inform you and refund any amounts already paid.

Payments

The methods shown at checkout are available, including card, PayPal and payment in 3 instalments with Klarna.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from the order, with tracking.

Shipping is free.

Right of withdrawal

Under Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, a consumer who buys online can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is enough to state your decision clearly within this period to assistenza@luneamilano.it.

The consumer can use any clear statement or the model withdrawal form provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

After giving notice of withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods within 14 days. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before it expires.

The direct costs of returning the goods are paid by the customer.

The consumer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Shoes must be tried on a clean surface to avoid unnecessary changes to the product.

We will refund all payments received, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise and at no extra cost to the consumer.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the consumer has shown that they have sent them back, whichever happens first.

The right of withdrawal does not limit the consumer's rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

For new goods, the seller is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, under the terms and conditions set by law.

If a product is defective or does not conform, contact us at assistenza@luneamilano.it with your order number and a description of the problem.

The remedies under the legal guarantee are provided at no cost to the consumer in the cases set by law.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information given when ordering, in particular the delivery address and contact details.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the contract, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
